1. General Policy

412 Motorsport provides specialized automotive services and performance-related products.
Due to the technical nature of our work, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis.

2. Services & Labor

All services, including but not limited to tuning, calibration, installation, diagnostics, and vehicle modifications, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes:

  • ECU tuning and software calibration

  • Performance upgrades and installations

  • Diagnostic evaluations

  • Labor time and technical consulting

Labor reflects time, expertise, and resource allocation and cannot be reversed.

3. Deposits & Appointments

Deposits are required to secure appointments and allocate resources.

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Missed or canceled appointments may result in forfeiture

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval

Deposits cover preparation, scheduling, and pre-service planning.

4. Parts & Products

All parts, components, and performance products are non-refundable once:

  • Installed

  • Programmed

  • Special-ordered

  • Opened or used

Special-order items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If a part is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied:

  • Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt

  • The item must remain unused and uninstalled

  • Manufacturer warranty policies apply

Replacement or resolution will follow the supplier or manufacturer guidelines.

6. Performance Expectations

Performance outcomes vary based on vehicle condition, platform limitations, usage, and external factors.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction

  • Unrealized performance expectations

  • Changes in vehicle preference or intent

All services are performed to platform-specific standards and validated processes.

7. Warranty Considerations

Any warranty coverage is provided solely by the manufacturer of the part or system installed, unless otherwise stated in writing.

412 Motorsport does not offer refunds in place of manufacturer warranty claims.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Account restriction

  • Legal or collection action, where applicable

Clients are encouraged to contact 412 Motorsport directly to address concerns.

9. Policy Modifications

412 Motorsport reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of service or purchase will apply.
